Four Pillars Combatives seminars and workshops provide focused, reality-based training centered around the Four Pillars Combatives system or tailored Women’s Self-Defense curriculum, depending on the group's needs. 


These martial arts seminars are designed to equip participants with practical, real-world skills in a structured group environment—eliminating the need for long-term training. 


Four Pillars Combatives Seminars 

These seminars encompass the entire Four Pillars Combatives curriculum, which integrates:  

- Situational awareness and threat recognition  

- Decision-making under stress (OODA Loop)  

- Striking, clinch fighting, and grappling  

- Takedowns, control, and ground survival  

- Weapons awareness and defensive application  

- Fitness for performance under stress  

Training is hands-on and pressure-tested, ensuring participants gain a complete understanding of how to operate across all ranges of a real encounter. 


Women’s Self-Defense Workshops 

These workshops specifically focus on the Women’s Self-Defense curriculum, emphasizing:  

- Awareness, prevention, and threat recognition  

- Boundary setting and verbal assertiveness  

- Verbal de-escalation  

- Escapes from common grabs and holds  

- Ground survival and getting back to your feet  

- Simple, effective striking for self-defense
